I was surprised to find that Nicole Kidman starred in a film called ‘Flirting’ – a title I had never seen at the DVD shop even though it was a local film. The cover first suggested to me that the film was more of a 80s coming-of-age comedy – but the reviews suggest something very different.
Roger Ebert said the film ‘came to me out of the blue… I was deeply affected by it’ and the experience was ‘joyous, wise and life-affirming’. Rotten Tomatoes gave an overall 93% rating.
I will have to track down a copy from Amazon and see if there are any dating tips!
